Mead & Company, Inc., a captive manager in Chicago with offices also in Wisconsin and Missouri; and Caitlin-Morgan Insurance Services, a licensed wholesaler and Managing General Agency, with offices in Indiana and Ohio. Constitution is a Protected Cell Captive (PCC) and accepts business from approved retail agencies and directly from prospective captive owners and others.
